Mentoring FAQ
1. What is mentoring?
It is faith-based support and personal development for Muslim singles, wives, and mothers in the US, UK, and worldwide who are navigating day-to-day challenges in marriage, parenting, relationships, online business, and publishing your book. Book your mentoring HERE.
2. Who is the mentor?
Zakeeya Ali is an author, mentor, and designer who has been mentoring women for over 15 years. She is a wife of 25+ years, a mom of six, and a homeschooler for over 15+ years. She’s also been running online businesses since 2004.
She majored in psychology, sociology, and information science and has multiple certificates and coursework in relationships, marriage, parenting, and business. Through her knowledge, experience, coursework, and tried-and-tested methods, she offers Muslim sisters the support they need.
Her work ethic is professional, discreet, empathetic, non-judgmental, and falls within the guidelines of the Quran and Sunnah. Read more about her HERE.
3. How much does mentoring cost?
Mentoring is a profession that is time-consuming and requires expertise. However, a mentoring session with Zakeeya is priced low to ensure that most Muslims can afford it. A single session costs $65, and the monthly sessions are the most cost-effective for as low as $55. When you compare this to other mentors who charge by the hundreds and don’t have the same expertise, you’ll see this as a smart opportunity.
Consider these sessions a need and a priority for your peace of mind, and they will be much easier to budget for. This is the #1 rule of success—getting help when you need it! And who doesn’t want a successful and thriving life?
4. What if cost is an issue?

12. Why are the session prices much lower than other mentors?
Many people have mentioned that the price is low and wonder if this factors into the quality of your session. The low price is offered for a broader customer base and to ensure most people can afford to get the support they need. The quality and professional nature of your session are guaranteed and of the highest priority.
13. Do you offer faith-based coaching for Muslim wives in the US and UK?
Yes! Session times and digital resources are accessible for Muslim women living in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
14. Are there homeschooling resources for Muslim mothers as well?
Yes, Sister Zakeeya provides digital journals, ebooks, and 1-on-1 homeschooling guidance tailored specifically for Muslim mothers raising and educating children in Western countries.
15. Why is this mentoring even offered?
Due to an influx of emails and messages from readers asking for advice and assistance in parenthood, marriage, and business, the need arose. There is also a shortage of wholesome support for Muslims in our community.
Sr. Zakeeya struggled for many years doing it all alone as a parent, wife, and entrepreneur. She wished for support to help her through the tough times, but back then, this type of mentoring was unheard of. Her life was enriched when she was coached by experienced mentors, and she therefore knows how beneficial this support can be for others.
