Mentoring EspeciallyFor Mothers

BOOK HERE

Are you exhausted, overwhelmed, confused, or feeling lost in your parenting?

You’re not alone, and you’re in the right place.

I’m Zakeeya Ali, and I spent many years as that struggling mom—juggling homeschooling, work, my home, my health, and my identity. I took on too much, allowed unhealthy friendships into my life, and slowly slipped into stress, self-doubt, and burnout. I wasn’t enjoying my role, I wasn’t taking care of myself, and it affected both my parenting and my marriage.

Alhamdulillah, with time, learning, and intentional growth, I rebuilt my life. I found clarity, confidence, and tranquility—and now I help Muslim mothers do the same.

You don’t have to do this alone

Life today is fast, demanding, and distracting. Muslim parents are carrying more responsibilities than ever. Having support isn’t a luxury anymore—it’s a necessity.

Mentoring offers the guidance, structure, and clarity many mothers wish they had earlier. It is a private, judgment-free space to breathe, reflect, and finally understand what’s going on beneath the surface.

What a Mentor Does

A mentor helps you:

  • identify what’s overwhelming you

  • restore clarity and calm

  • understand your triggers

  • rebuild confidence

  • create simple, practical changes

  • reconnect with who you are as a woman, mother, and servant of Allah

Mentoring is not therapy and not a space to dwell on the past. It is results-focused, gentle, and empowering.

Why I Can Help

Alhamdulillah, Allah has allowed me to work with Muslim families for many years.

  • Wife for over 26 years

  • Mother of six adult kids

  • Homeschooler and educator with 15+ years of experience

  • Mentor for 20+ years with hundreds of clients worldwide

  • Background in Psychology, Sociology, Communication, and Islamic Studies

  • Trained through multiple parenting and mentoring courses

I’ve spent more than two decades learning what truly works in parenting, marriage, homeschooling, and personal growth—and what doesn’t.

My Areas of Focus

I help mothers with:

  • stress, exhaustion, burnout, and overwhelm

  • regaining motivation, organization, and routine

  • confusion about homeschooling or parenting decisions

  • rebuilding self-worth and clarity

  • managing anxiety, self-doubt, and feelings of failure

  • dealing with toxic relationships or draining people

  • reconnecting with themselves and their goals

How Our Sessions Work

We meet one-on-one through Google Meet for a private mentoring session. Our conversations are relaxed and free-flowing. I avoid heavy worksheets or complicated homework—unless it truly benefits you and you want it.

Together, we will:

  • discuss what you’re facing right now

  • identify patterns and triggers

  • create simple, realistic steps you can act on immediately

Other Mentoring I Offer

Important Note

Mentoring is not a replacement for professional mental health treatment or support. It is not suited for those dealing with severe trauma or diagnosed personality or behavioral disorders. My guidance is rooted in Islamic psychology and a sound understanding of human fitrah.
